Try to concentrate on one stock, read news, do analyze etc.  It doesn't matter how long you trying to do the best with your portfolio ( you  will not  become the "blue member" only because you have big total earning in you portfolio other thing count too; effectiveness, winning rate,     losing rate, speed of grow etc.) you just have to do well with it.
